5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the EU. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Approved Fingerboard Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, graphics, images, logos, and product designs—is the property of Approved Fingerboard Shop or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Prohibition of Commercial Resale
Products sold by Approved Fingerboard Shop are intended for personal use only. It is not permitted to resell products purchased through the webshop or other sales channels of Approved Fingerboard Shop, directly or indirectly, in a commercial context. This includes, but is not limited to, resale through webshops, physical stores, online marketplaces, social media platforms, or any other commercial sales channels.
It is also prohibited to repackage, rebrand, distribute, or offer products from Approved Fingerboard Shop under another name, brand, or label, or in any other way suggest that these products originate from another manufacturer, seller, or brand.
Private resale of products in second-hand condition (for example through second-hand marketplaces or between private individuals) is permitted, provided that such resale is carried out without commercial intent and without using the name, brand, imagery, or marketing materials of Approved Fingerboard Shop in a way that may suggest a commercial relationship.
Approved Fingerboard Shop reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders if there are reasonable indications that the products are being purchased for the purpose of commercial resale, distribution, or resale under another name or brand.

Approved Fingerboard Shop uses Shopify to host and operate the online store. However, all transactions are directly between you and Approved Fingerboard Shop. Shopify is not responsible for any product, transaction, or dispute related to your purchase.
