At Approved Fingerboard Shop, we do our best to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you’ll find all details about our shipping times and conditions.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Below you’ll find an overview of our standard rates:

For shipments within Belgium: if you’ve set up automatic delivery to a pickup point with Bpost, we’re unable to override this — even if you select home delivery at checkout.

Pickup at Approved HQ

You can also choose to collect your order for free at Approved HQ. The address will be shown at checkout.

Select “Pick up at Approved HQ” during checkout and we’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready.

Delivery Times

We aim to ship every order within the estimated time frames below:

• Within Belgium: 2 to 5 business days
• Neighbouring countries (Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg): 2 to 7 business days
• Rest of Europe: 5 to 15 business days

We always do our best to meet these delivery times, but delays may occur due to external factors such as postal service delays, customs inspections, or holidays. Please note that all delivery times are subject to change.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame or was delivered damaged, please contact us at hello@approvedfingerboardshop.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Shipping Partner

All shipments are processed via MyParcelBE and delivered by trusted partners such as Bpost, PostNL, or DHL, depending on the destination.
