Here in Belgium, the scene is alive, but something was missing: a real home for fingerboarders. A space built by someone who truly understands the grind, the tricks, the spots, the setups.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Tom, aka The Sick Skater, is the driving force behind Approved Fingerboard Shop.

He’s been skating since the age of six, but over time, an autoimmune condition made skating physically harder, so he picked up fingerboarding again. What started as a small alternative soon turned into a full-blown passion.

Through his TikTok and Instagram content, Tom shares that same passion with the world: testing products, exploring spots, and shining a light on the fingerboard community.

In 2025, he decided to take things to the next level and launched Belgium’s first fingerboard webshop, a space built for quality gear, community, and creativity.
